I went to Wednesday night tacos and sangria for my birthday. We hadn't received the Wednesday menu upon arrival and I had to tell it to my guests. But afterwards the service was good, we were able to get tacos at 5$each. We were sad the lamb tacos were absent though, that would have been yummy. The shrimp tacos were awesome, and the sangria was awesome too- Spain style, filled to the brim!! I loved the Latino music, but it was broken with some hip hop or pop, which I'm not here to listen to, and I would have loved a mini dance floor, but we left before 10pm :)

Firstly there is no air conditioning so it was dangerously hot hard to enjoy your night when you are sweating profusely. 2. Took 1h30 mins to receive our bottle order so now we had no drinks that whole time while also you can’t breathe from 0 air circulation killed our vibe also tried to get a drink from the bar while I was waiting for my bottle ( frkn thirsty as hell) the bartender was busy talking and not serving drinks after I clearly motioned to her with my money in hand that I want to buy a drink she had 0 urgency to serve me sooooooo rude !! 3. Out of 5 things I ordered for myself and my boyfriend on the menu I only received 3 .. and she did not tell me or ask if we wanted something else before the kitchen closed .. (she kept saying the food is coming it never came)so we were still hungry ... 4. Under staffed clearly on a Saturday night couldn’t even get my birthday cake out they forgot about it after the 3 times I asked ... Ok the only thing good about this place was the music .. :( also there was a couple having sex in the bathroom wich is downstairs and there is 0 air down there it feels like hell literally your clothes will be sticking to you

It was my birthday party with some friends, our reservation had been cancelled at the last minute whereas some of my friends where already there, so the rest of us came in and there were no places available, we've waited for 10 minutes and couldn't even have a table whereas some were free and completely available, finally we left and went to another bar, clearly one of the worst service I've ever experienced in my life, clearly don't recommend it, extremely disappointed, my birthday reservation with a few friends hasn't been handled properly, we ran out of time, we've planned for so long to go there for my 21st birthday and it was an absolute disaster.

Loved the experience, but felt constantly pushed to buy more drinks. The staff was fantastic, but we felt watched at all times. Hurry up, buy more or leave. The drinks were over iced, and therefore were very weak for the price. Food was very good! But a little pricey. Overall, lots of fun.

Perfect place for a late night meal and drinks for tourists.

We had changed the number of guests for the reservation through the santos website from 2-5 and received a confirmation email the day before however when we arrived at the restaurant the hostess told us that our reservation had not been changed and that we should have called. Santos should not be sending a confirmation email letting the customer know that the changes had been confirmed if calling the restaurant was still required. As a result we had to sit at two separate tables as this was the best they could do to accommodate the situation.

Loved the food especially the short rib tacos. Oysters were perfection! Our server was lovely the music and atmosphere was awesome.

The food was great, the drinks were creative and tasty and the bar turned into a club basically after 10pm and the atmosphere was awesome. We wanted to have a fun night out and we did!

We went to Santos for a Bachelorette Party and we had a blast. The food was very good, the music was fun and the service was on point. I would highly recommend for a night out.

We had a great experience. The food was phenomenal. The drinks were exceptional and the service (Lara) was very appreciated. Will definitely be back and will be highly recommending this restaurant to others.

Cool atmosphere and cordial, attentive service. However, the food was much too “seasoned” with salt. The cocktails were also lacking finesse of being well blended, instead reminding more of a cheap chain restaurant than a standalone establishment. If the food and drinks improved, we would return.

really nice waiter, super slow service, never got all the food we ordered and paid for. Ladies night is fun, but be prepared for slow service

I was very disappointed by the service overall. The waiter wouldn’t let a couple in because the man was wearing shorts and we came for dinner. When we finally got in, the server had no idea what was in the menu and left us there for an hour. I had to go get the server downstairs several times. After we ordered a bottle, they harassed us immediately, asking us who would pay the bill. It was not fun. I am VERY disappointed by Santos service. It was supposed to be Latino Wednesday night and they kicked everyone out of the club at 1:30am. Absolute shit. If you have other options for a place to go out, make the right decision and stay home, you’d be better served by your dog.

Had a group of 24 people come in for dinner and therefore had a set menu. Ambiance was good, but food portions were too small considering the number of people we were. We received dishes to share amongst ourselves, but considering the portion, some people didn't get to try certain things. One dish would be shared amongst 5-6 people and since we were pretty hungry, it didn't really satisfy our hunger.
