Horrible place to go. The bouncer discriminated those in front of the line based on colour and sex, therefore did not let them in. My friend and I were allowed in. They fired our bartender (second-floor bar), who was crying and drunk. Then,as we left, we asked the person behind the bar if our bill was cleared, after he said yes, we left the establishment. As we left, one of the bartenders screamed after us from above that we didnt pay our bill, although we asked. Just a disaster of a night.

Very bad service and experience. JOHN "the manager" and GiGi the waitress at the bar gave us such bad service. GIGI was so mean to customers, she was yelling at everyone and treating them so bad, she was so dry and not welcoming at all. The hostess at the front made us wait 1 hour for a table that in the end we never got and then they sent us to the bar instead... thats wen GiGi made this experience even more awful, people around us were getting so frustrated by her attitude and and then John "t

The raspberry frozen cocktail was bad! Tasted like peach and such a small glass for $13. The blue sangria was ok but questionable if there was much alcohol in it. The food portions are ridiculously small for the price and no sides served with any of them . Do not go there hungry ! 100$ for two and we left looking for something else to eat nearby. The busboys work hard but the hostesses hardly at all ! Will not be returning!

This is my favorite place in Montreal. I love going and the Champagne sangria rocks. I bring everyone who comes out of town here. It's a MUST go summer place. BTW, Our waitress "Alexa" was awesome!!

My only issue was about the reservation duration. The restaurant has a policy about reservation that it will take place only during 2 hours. Although, I understand that it is their policy, this is very awkward. Although they allowed us to stay more 3 hours. The approach to expel the person from the table was well rude, especially for being an anniversary and people were still consuming at the table. Although it is a nice restaurant and there a lot people visiting, this behavior and policy is absurd.

Waited 30-45 mins to be sat on a 2 hour reservation. No one came to get an order when we sat down had to go back to the hostess to ask what was up. Got a server and ordered a bottle. That took a very long time to come, we had to get up again and ask another server where it was and she brought it to us. Our original server came back later and brought the ice bucket etc. Also very hot we asked for an umbrella, no one did anything about it so we grabbed one ourselves. Food was far better than we expected though and came quickly. Overall we had fun but the service was terrible from initially being sat and drinks delivery, and then we were promptly kicked out at the 2 hour mark despite waiting at the front for a good portion of it.

I called them two times to make sure for a reservation for 25 people which they said it is all good and okay. However, first of all they do not have any special plans for birthday events which I was informed on the phone. It was only reservation for 25 people. When we got there the place was prepared however I got informed that it is only for 2 hours and they did not tell me that over the two phone calls I had. Second, They put us in their VIP place which was nice but they told me that the half of this space is for you guys which was totally not enough to fit 25 people. And I complained to the lady expressing that I reserved for 25 people you told me twice that you guys have enough space for this amount of people! She said it is t restaurant policy that not everyone should sit down! people stand up. But I was not told about this over the phone! So I expressed my frustration that Am I supposed to ask my guests to stand up!?? And why did you guys not tell me this over the phone? She said you I don't know to whom you talked to over the phone!! Anyway, after talking to them about how in professional their service is, they gave us a bit more space and they told us we can stay for one more hour as well. But their food is also a very small portion in each plate that does not get you even close to full. All in all, I don't suggest taking big groups there. And I definitely don't suggest going there for main meals like lunch or dinner.

I refused stating they never told me that up front. We were there with a big gang for a birthday. Also they told me no shorts or sandals and when I got there almost everyone was in shorts and sandals. It was scorching hot out and we were in pants and shoes when we could have been comfortable in shorts like everyone else. This is a nice place but they need to get there act together and remove the stupid dress code rules that they don’t even enforce. It’s too bad because the food and ambience was excellent but this put a damper on the whole evening.

Had to wait 40 minutes for someone to come and serve us, which they only did because we went to the bar to ask. Made reservations 6 months in advance confirming our seating 7 different times (either over phone, the app, text or email) and they still did not have our booth available for us even though I talked to them that morning. While the location is really nice, the experience was a let down.

Beautiful spot to go for a 5 à 7 with friends. Great drinks and food. However, it took 20 minutes for us to be seated and he had a reservation. Waitress was wonderful. After an hour we were told that we had to leave because we only had the table for 2 hours...when there were others seated there longer than us, not ordering. We had just ordered food and more pitchers and were told to hurry up. Very rude and unprofessional. No where on the website is it stated that when we make reservations were are only allocated 2 hours (in our case an hours and a half).

Great Food, Venue is a bit shabby... this was their last day open so not all items on the venue were available; service was extremely slow and you only have so much time for your reservation and and they come and advise you that you have to give up your seats shortly for the next wave of people which we were never advised when we booked reservations; music was great when it finally started... food was excellent. can be a fun place with a great vibe! I had gone for my birthday on Sunday and it had just rained. The cushions were partially soaked, the tables were not wiped down by the hostess and were slightly dirty as well. The waitress we had was wonderfully nice and did an excellent job. I was disappointed however that there was no octopus on the menu. Sangrias were very good and so were the tartars.

Despite one of our appetizers being forgotten and one of our round of drinks as well, once we made the waitress aware she was very apologetic and rectified the situation quickly. You cannot beat the view of the ferris wheel and the music was really good. Taste of the food and sangria was well worth the visit.
