Bonjour voici une expérience des plus déplaisantes qui mes arriver au restaurant Bâton rouge de St Sauveur. Aucune réservation pour moins de 4 personnes le samedi soir, malgré tous nous y somme présenter avec mes clients une attente sans est suivie de plus de deux heures. Donc le temps est très long à siroter un cocktail. Nous avons notre table deux heures plus tard et on place notre commande au serveur encore plus de 45 minutes plus tard la salade arrive mes pas celle que nous avions commandé. Notre plat principal est arriver mais encore la pas la bonne cuisson nous avions tous demander medium et bien deux on reçu bleue et le troisième semelle de botte. Je demande le gérant parce que la sa commence à faire. Le gérant se présente à nous un petit bonhomme teint très basaner avec son plus beau sourire.il nous concède la malchance que nous avons eux mais il ne peut rein pour nous sans excuse il quitte notre table. En passant cette viande est des plus coriaces qu’il m’a été donné dans ma vie. Quelle belle soirée avec des clients mais soyer assuré que moi et mes clients nous n’y retourneront pas de sitôt et nous allons faire passer le message à nos confrères de travail.

Excellentes ribs!

Les ribs font parler d'elle au Bâton Rouge, et c'est une réputation bien méritée! Elle sont absolument parfairtes, tendres et goûteuses... Wow... Les frites aussi sont très bonnes, à essayer les crab cakes avec petite mayo épicée... Les salades repas sont aussi délicieuses pour un choix un peu plus léger. Bonne atmosphère!

Great service. Food was very good except for the lobster bisque. It was very salty and had no little pieces of lobster in it. Apart from that everyone's meals were great

We were 2 couples and the service was excellent. Our waiter was extremely friendly and the food was delicious. We will certainly be interested in returning to Baton Rouge in the near future.

Music and food were great! Very plaisant waiter. Upon reserving, I would have liked to choose a table (banquette) but that was not possible. When we arrived we had to wait at least 15 minutes before being seated. Apart from that, it was a fun experience!

It was a very busy Saturday night, waiter was excellent and efficient and noticed that various courses where delivered by several different people and one being the floor manager....service was excellent considering the crowd. A well oiled machine working perfectly.

I made reservation two weeks in advance knowing it would be packed for Valentines day weekend. My reservations were for 7:00pm, I showed up at 6:55pm. The line up was huge and leading outside the restaurant. Naturally having reservations I walked right to the Hostess desk to say I was here. She gave me a beeper that would beep/flash when it was my turn to be seated. People walking in without reservations were told the wait would be minimum 1 hour. Now for myself, who had reservations, after waiting 30 minutes I went back to the hostess to see what the hold up was, she said I was next. I said I hope so cause I've already been here for 30 minutes and I have reservations. After she said that I started to see people going ahead of me and I started to get upset. A couple who came in after me were seated before me and then asked to have their table changed after sitting there for 15 minutes because they didn't like it. So the hostess found them another table to sit at, while I continued to wait. Finally at 8:00, after 1 hour of waiting with reservations, I get to talk to the night manager. I told him everything that happened and he gave me a table right away and gave us an appetizer on the house. He continued to tell us how sorry he was for the delay and for the inconvenience. We were seated at a nice table, the waiter was great and the food was excellent. The manager even delivered the appetizer himself to prove how sorry he was.
