The Gobbler starts with a layer of mashed potatoes topped with a turkey dog, sautéed onions, stuffing and cranberry and apple sauce. The feast is, of course, served with a slice of pumpkin pie. The Gobbler will be available from Friday to Sunday.

Hotel Fairmont Palliser

The Rimrock Dining Room at the Fairmont Palliser is hosting a three-course Thanksgiving dinner for $65 per person. The restaurant is also offering a Thanksgiving-to-go option that includes turkey, slow-roasted beef tenderloin and freshly baked pumpkin or apple pie options.
