The winery has also earned accolades for its 2010 Rose, 2010 Riesling and 2009 Cabernet Franc Icewine.

Coyote's Run Estate Winery

485 Concession 5, Niagara On The Lake, ON

This small-batch estate winery is known for its handcrafted wines that reflect distinct terroir qualities thanks to its two separate vineyards with different types of clay soil. The Red Pay vineyard is stony and iron-rich, producing grape varietals that are light, fruity and floral. Meanwhile, the Black Paw vineyard is enriched with dark moist soil that results in wines with rich, smoky undertones. Bottles of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Gris have all been produced from the two unique soils with remarkably different results.

1499 Line 3, Niagara On The Lake, ON L0S 1J0

Renowned for its artisanal ice wine varietals and VQA table wines, this historic winery has earned countless gold medals and awards at international competitions from around the world. The Inniskillin Wine Tasting Bar invites visitors to sample a tasting flight of four ice wine varietals— Vidal, Riesling, Cabernet Franc and sparkling — and the Riedel Icewine glass, the perfect stemware for sipping this sweet dessert wine. Take some time to explore the sprawling estate, which is home to several restored buildings and barns.
