The Beaches is a destination for many in the spring, summer or fall. Whether it’s playing with the kids in the sand, strolling with your honey on the boardwalk, competing in a game of beach volleyball or just shopping along Queen Street East, chances are you’ll be feeling a bit peckish at some point. Yumei Sushi is the place to go in the Beaches for Japanese. Owner and chef Young Lee has been making sushi for 35 years, and folks love his food. The space is small, but the service is great, and so is the food.
