The elegant Wildflower Grill restaurant will host an a la carte brunch from 10 a.m. till 3 p.m. For starters, there's devilled eggs and warm cinnamon rolls. Those who want greens can sample a chicken, quinoa, farro, arugula, avocado and beach mushrooms salad or watermelon salad with gruyere beignet, blueberries, strawberry Romanoff coulis, balsamic reduction and pistachios. For entrees, there's brioche French toast, frittatta, Quebecois pancakes, chicken 'n' waffle sandwich, shrimp and grits, south western skillet, Alberta roast beef, roast rib Philly melt and traditional eggs. Or, try eggs Benedict with braised beef short rib or smoked salmon and prosciutto.
Mother’s Day brunch will take place in the Empire Ballroom. This family-friendly brunch will include an opportunity for family photos after dining. Brunch will feature crêpe, omelette and carving stations, plus pastries, breakfast entrees and Canadian cuisine. Sip on sparkling wine and orange juice while you take in the view of the North Saskatchewan. Dress code is smart casual and reservations are strongly recommended. For Mother’s Day brunch, prices are as follows: $79 for adults, $69 for seniors, $39.50 for kids ages six to 12 and free for children five years old and under.
The hotel’s restaurant, Share, will host a Mother’s Day brunch buffet from 10:30 a.m. till 2:30 p.m. Guests will sample a variety of great items, including seafood, freshly carved Alberta slow-roasted prime rib, made-to-order omelettes, roasted pork loin, seared cod, waffles, eggs Benedict with lobster and spinach, caramelized onion and goat cheese tarts and a variety of salads. For dessert, indulge in items such as mini chocolate tarts with orange caviar, mini lemon meringue tarts, macarons, vanilla panna cotta and white chocolate cones with strawberry mousse. Brunch is $48 per person and $24 for children under 12 years old.
Edmonton’s iconic revolving restaurant will serve a Mother’s Day brunch to delight the whole family, with balloon artists, a photo booth and, of course, a decadent buffet. Brunch will include an omelette station, carved prime rib, seafood and more, plus an array of freshly-made desserts. Brunch, which runs from 10:30 a.m. till 2 p.m., is $42 for adults, $39 for seniors, $18 for children and is complimentary for kids four years old and younger. Prepaid reservations must be made at the time of booking a table.
Located downtown, inside the Union Bank Inn, Madison’s Grill is a fabulous spot for Mother’s Day brunch. They will offer a buffet brunch and an a la carte menu, making it a great option for any family that has heated debates about the benefits of buffet versus menu. The a la carte brunch will take place inside Madison’s Grill, with seatings at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., while the buffet will occur in the hotel’s Giverny Ballroom, with seatings at 10 a.m., 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. Plus, all Moms will be entered into a draw for a gift basket.
This club offers Sunday brunch to members and non-members, so everyone can indulge in their special Mother’s Day buffet. It’s all about choice, with salads (artisanal greens, baby kale and miso, apple and pear), antipasto, seafood (lemongrass PEI mussels, chilled prawns, snow crab legs, salmon) and charcuterie. Plus, there will be lots of bakery items and desserts for those who like a little sweetness with their brunch. Don’t skip the omelette station or the hot entrees either; there’ll be espresso cinnamon French toast, waffles, eggs benny, pork curry, wild mushroom crusted beef, roasted honey ham, and spinach and ricotta cannoli.
