Co Do Hue

Bún bò Huế is a specialty of central Vietnamese cuisine, a beef broth with notes of lemongrass, fermented shrimp and a spicy chili oil that will warm up your soul. Served with thick round rice vermicelli and slices of beef shank and Vietnamese sausage, Co Do Hue noodle soup is a north Edmonton gem.

The wheat noodles can be served in a multitude of broths, including miso, soy sauce or rich, pork-based tonkotsu, and is topped with slices of pork and a soft-boiled marinated egg. This traditional shop is well worth the visit – they even import their noodles from Japan!
