Visit L'Avenue gourmande Food Festival in Montreal

On the 12th and 13th of September, Mont-Royal Avenue turns into a veritable gourmet avenue. On the menu: tastings in shops, culinary workshops, meetings with local producers, farmers and artisans, tastings in gourmet tents, and invitations to taste very special entrées in participating restaurants. Restaurant Chez Victoire

Plein Sud

The south in question at Restaurant Plein Sud is that of France. That translates into a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and delicious food on every plate. Expect no different when you tuck into one of their entrées or samples prepared for this weekend’s event.

La Panthère Verte

This organic vegan restaurant offers "good food for the urban jungle" and is dedicated to organic consumption, buying locally and recycling. During the weekend, you can enjoy their fabulous smoothies, falafel, and other vegetarian dishes.

Pizzédélic Mont-Royal

Known for its square thin-crust pizzas, Mont-Royal Avenue’s veyr own Pizzédélic will offer free samples this weekend, so you can taste what it does best.

Fresh pasta, pesto, homemade sauce, meats, jams, cheeses, oils ... you'll find products to buy – and takeout food – in this shop which is also the catering office. During the l'Avenue gourmande event, you can sample a variety of homemade Italian products there.

And it's a sixth time in a row for the MTLàTABLE festival, playing matchmaker between foodies and Montreal’s fine food establishments.
