Parking is the only drawback, the lot is quite small and if the snow is piled up it can be a tight squeeze, that's why I rated it an 8 overall. There's something like 10 different choices, each with hot & sour soup and spring roll, for $7.95! When I worked in Port Perry I used to go here at least once a week, the food is absolutely awesome.
