While in a Retirement Home in Oshawa my Brother-in-law required a lot of extra care as he waited for a Long Term Care Home. We reached out to Tammy at HomeWell Senior Care in Ajax. Two PSWs were assigned to him as he required care 12 hrs per day 7 days a week. Pauline and Angele were amazing, they treated him like family. We could not have asked for better and reassuring care. We've tried and tried to get help for my Dad who is not so easy to get along with. PARMEDICA has been an absolutely answer to prayers! Our Care Manager is a Registered Nurse and Dad just loves her. He's also very fond of the 2 personal care attendants who come in regularly. They're very sweet with him. I can't say enough about the wonderful care he has received. I am a nurse myself so I deal with lots and lots of different agencies, and PARMEDICA is by far my favourite!!! Read more

My mom and dad have recently been admitted into the Heritage Nursing Home in Toronto. Although my parents have never ever lived in a home other than their own, they settled down very quickly. They were made so welcome and all their needs were attended to quickly and sensitively. My father had been to a hospital for a very serious treatment and he and my mother were admitted straight from the hospital to the home. As with all elderly couples, my parents had their individualism, but all their whims were attended to with care. They are now very happy with their new home and I and the rest of the siblings are so relieved and happy. Read more
