Dr. Zimani helped me with a serious health problem a few years ago and Dr. Yin has been our family physician from the beginning. Dr. suma is very knowledgeable and very accommodation. She is one of the best doctors i’ve worked with. However, their receptionist are not accommodating. We had an experience we went 15 mins early for our appointment and after 40 mins they are calling to say please come and we are already inside the clinic, they said we are not log in yet so we waited again and they didnt even say sorry and the one scheduled 15 mins ahead of us went first. It was so upsetting.

Both my Mom and I use this clinic as the staff and our Doctor are excellent. During these trying and difficult times (co vid) the staff and our Doctor have bent over backwards to accommodate us as they genuinely care about us and we certainly appreciate them and everything they do. The clinic is clean and the wait times are very minimal. We don't and wont go anywhere else as the level of care we get is first rate. I was given a virtual appointment with a doctor for the first time today, and I was so very impressed and grateful that I wanted to write a review. The receptionist at the 130th Avenue location was very kind and guided me through step-by-step. I found it very easy to navigate, even though I am technologically challenged.
