��� Dr Thomas answered the telephone;
��� I booked an appointment with him for the next day;
��� Met Dr Thomas, he fantastic. He explained the entire procedure, he helped me to prevent gag reflex via a simple procedure of me holding onto a mirror so I could see what was happening and it worked!!! I didn't gag at all.
��� He extracted my wiggly crown.

Honestly great dental work, I've never had an issue and my issues have always been resolved very well.
However, as other reviews have mentioned I would appreciate if Doctor Johnston treated her staff with more respect. They work quite hard and I feel very awkward when they are chastised in front of me after what I thought was stellar work on my cleaning and X-rays.

I have really messed up teeth from a life of not taking care of them and Dr. Catherine did everything she could to save them and it was the most pleasant experience making my anxiety about going to Dentist non existent.
