I just left this salon and am a very satisfied customer. My cousin recommended it and before I went, I read the only other two negative reviews. This normally would have detered me from going, but my cousin convinced me she has never had a problem. I'm grateful I didn't listen to the reviews as I got a wash, cut and style and this is the first time in my 45 years that I didn't put my hair in a ponytail after leaving and going home and styling my hair myself! This salon is very clean, friendly staff and professional. I had a hot stone massage. It was great. I then had a facial, followed by a pedicure and then a manicure. My treatments were by far the best I had ever experienced. I was then brought back down to the main floor where my stylist did my hair. She was great. She knew exactly the look I wanted.
