Always easy access whether you'e considering by travet or booking an appointment. Actually, I probably haven't had an appointment 1/2 the time. That's convenient! They know their stuff. I've been taking my pets thru their lives & deaths. One day hubby took 17 yr old sheppard for his final visit. Shortly after-a knock @ the door... bouquet & sympathy card. Now that's Class. I have used their services a few times over the last several years and have been pleased with the facility and care provided to my pets.Over the last year my job has changed significantly and I have been required to travel more and often have to leave on short notice. I was comforted in accepting this change knowing that Club Bekkers is always able and willing to accomodate our needs. I know that my guys are well taken care of and have a safe, healthy environment to enjoy. The facility is large and clean and my experience has always been positive. You need only be there for a few minutes to know Bekkers has a great affection for our furry friends.

I just recently picked my dog up from his first stay at Diamond in the Ruff Pet Retreat in Guelph. He came home happy, well fed and sleepy from playing outside. The kennel is on private property with the kennel owners on site all the time. The kennel is designed with a large outdoor wooded area for walks and off leash runs, one indoor playroom and a few outdoor play yards. When I asked to look around the kennel, the girl at the front desk was more than willing to show me every room and area within the kennel. All rooms were clean and nicely air conditioned, and all dogs seemed comfortable and happy. The packages they offer are also a great way to break up the dog's day so that he can have time outside and does not have to be in his kennel all day. I would recommend this kennel for every dog and for all lengths of stay, especially for long trips. I will most certainly be bringing my dog back to Diamond in the Ruff during my next vacation.

I LOVE Petopia. My dog Dexter is on their unlimited daycare plan and it is an absolute lifesaver. Their hours are fantastic, they are so accommodating when I need to work late or if Dexter ends up needing to spend the night because of my crazy schedule. Best of all - Dexter always has a huge smile and tones of fun while he is there. He is pretty particular and has gotten bored at other daycares - but not at Petopia. These are real dog people and will treat your furbaby like it’s their own.

This was my first time using this service. They provided house sitting and cat sitting. The sitter (Lynne) was terrific and the cats (who are sometimes shy) took to her instantly. We found this Vet on yellow pages and decided to try them as they were one of 4 or 5 places to us which was very close.
