November 27, 2020 was my first visit to this location. I would like to let the owners know that their location was one of the cleanest and organized store, with well stocked shelves. I have shopped at 4 other locations in Whitby/Ajax area and my shopping experience was very different. This is a very well run store. It is always clean and has sufficient cashiers, Re-stocking of the shelves is done on the night shift so you don't have pallets blocking the aisles like some other stores. I registered a complaint online about a product that was not carried and Scott called me and had the product brought in. Excellent customer service.
