I visited this establishment with some potential clients the other day and was taken back by the service we had. I must say the food was great, but what sets this venue apart from others, is quality of customer service we were provided with. The Manager himself made his way to our table and ensured we were happy with our orders, which we were. My clients who were from the States were happy and we also got a deal done. Last weekend we were a party of 21 in the small function room beside the dining room. Our group was all ages from 18 - 80. Everyone ordered something different off of the menu from the sea food platter to the turkey dinner. Food was great; well prepared, hot, service was friendly. We were all very pleased. I've been here for dinner, and breakfast twice before - thank you for a great night - we'll be back :)

I stop here ocasionaly when I take my bike following the hydro-line bicycle path. Every time I do stop here, I don't regret it at all!! The food is great, the servers are very patient and the atmosphere has a very compfortable local feel. I suggest ordering the McWindmill when you go there.

When you go to Chaps you have to get the wings!!!! They are the best but you have to get the saucy ones with hot sauce. My family will go every birthday or special occasion because we love it and I have been going to Chaps since I was about 4 years old I am 21 now. So, good. The food was delicious, though not gastro-pubby, but rather pub grub. It could use new carpeting throughout. The stand out for us was the service. Our server was helpful, knew the menu inside out, and when we asked for some changes to make one of the meals heart healthy they went out of their way to make it happen. We were seated in a quiet corner...easier for my Dad that he didn't have to climb up a step...but there was loud laughter coming from around the corner. Everyone seemed to be greeted by name at the door. Our server was a nice young girl, but everyone paid attention to us, helping to deliver the meal, checking on how we liked our meals. I worked all through college as a waitress, and I am kind of picky about service attitude, and this was wonderful.
