I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. You seriously can’t go wrong paying a visit to Bicycles Plus. The staff are all polite and beyond friendly, and they treat everyone the same. I’ve only ever dealt with the parts/service side, never bought a bike from them, but both “camps” know their stuff very, very well. The one mechanic, I think his name is Nigel, he can diagnose a bike from 40’ away blindfolded. Great prices too, bought brake pads recently, they were half the price per set (front/back) compared to Canadian Tire. Read more
