Their customer service is amazing! They wowd me. I called the store yesterday and couldnt get thru on the automated system. Resigned myself to having to go into the store to get an answer to my question. This morning I get a call from the store. They saw they missed a call from me and wanted to know how they could help! I shopped for my childrens shoes at this tore and was always well served and the children were always well fitted. But Kiddie Kobbler in Orleans also fits adutl shoes and boots. As a mobility impaired adult, I have again been well served and very well fitted at this store. The staff takes the time necessary for a good fit. This is very helpful because I cannot bend to do up laces or shoes and I have a difficult time finding a good fit.Thestaff and footwear are great !

But on line I am frustrated by the notice asking for my postal code every time I try to look for something. It does not work and it cut me off. Please get rid of the notice.

No auto shop is perfect, Canadian Tire is no different. That said, not every shop will own up to that. Any time I’ve had a problem at CT, they’ve made sure to make it right again and there is definite value in that! It feels good to know you'll be looked after.
