Took my 3 grown kids for lunch today. Food was delicious- so fresh and the portions were huge! Service was great as usual. It was nice that due to Covid the restaurant was quieter. I realize I didn’t notice the voice calling out the orders over the intercom today. Maybe they have done away with that. I hope so. It was very loud and annoying especially if you sat under the speaker. 5 stars today.

Fresh, juicy beef with no bits like some beef burgers and shredded real Cheddar Cheese.You can get a plethora of condiments for your burger , the fries would have been great if they were a little more cooked. Not cheap but worth the money and generous in portion size. Rich,meaty Chilli Fries too! Great counter staff. Daily specials. Fun,colorful decor and very clean shop. A better family restaurant. I like the White Spot, a lot! Solid menu with selections varying from delicious junk food (eg gourmet poutine) to kids food (Pirate Pack) to healthy choices to satisfying comfort food. Decent wine and beer menu, if a tad limited. Superlative pies and gooey desserts. The coffee is known city wide as "White Spot coffee." Distinctive (no, not bad, distinctive). My go to spot for an economical, satisfying repast.
