My waitress was Cherish & she was very polite & right on top of making sure my drink was full & asking if I would like more fish or chips. Was also a very good price for all that had. The original installation had problems; it wasn't Darcy's installation, but he fixed the problems, has returned several times for other problems (not of his making) and has shown us how to drain parts, maintain the system, and convert back and forth from rainwater to city water.
