I have had long time dealings with this jewelry shop and most of the time their service has been excellent but recently one of my expensive watches had stopped working now I paid a deposit on the repair fee and the phone or not the phone sorry the watch has been out for repair for over a year and I still haven't heard back so I would say their customer service is lacking.
