We ate at Rosie's on Robson while on vacation in Vancouver. We stayed at the Westin a few blocks up the street the location seemed convenient. Rosie's markets itself as a British pub style eatery with a good selection of draught beer. When we got seated at our table, the temperature was very warm. The staff claimed the air conditioning at the maximum level but we found that hard to believe. The decor also appeared to be quite outdated. When our food arrived, the veggie burger was found to be slightly under-cooked. The spring rolls were very good but the portion size was small (2 rolls cut into halves). My bruschetta was very good and the portion was decently sized. Although the restaurant was not terrible, I would not recommend it due to the quality of the food and the atmosphere. Read more

Moxie's is one of our regular restaurant for lunch or dinner. Just went there the other day again and experienced again super service from the first moment. We made it a burger night and ordered: a) Ranch-House Chicken Burger (Chicken Breast with Pancetta Bacon, Havarti, lettuce, tomatoes and topped witn a blend of ranch and bbq sauces) B) Veal & Pancetta Burger With cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion and chipotle aioli Both burgers were made to pefection and to be honest we did not expect anything else.
