On a recent business trip I detoured into Regina to have lunch with a friend. She suggested Crave as I have no idea where to eat in the city as I'm from Red Deer, AB. I believe she had the Butter Chicken and I had the Winnipeg Pickeral. I took a chance, but I love Pickeral and hoped for the best. What a wonderfully balanced dish! Cooked to perfection! (Most fishermen know there's a fine line between perfect, flaky Pickeral and dried, dead fish!) This wonderfully prepared dish was superb! Seasoned precisely and cooked properly. What a delight! Top it off with a trendy atmosphere and just the right amount of personal service, it's the first time in history that I could not find fault of any kind in the experience.
