He always did his best to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He had a gentle touch even in the most difficult part of the filling work and very informative. It is hard to ignore holes in your teeth when he shows you on Tv screens after using his hi tech cameras.I have never seen my own teeth and there they were. Neat but more so I never felt cheated. We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked.
