I had my daughters 4th birthday party there! it was just amazingly done! The characters were so real! Elsa did everyone's hair and Anna did all the manicures! The kids had so much fun Dancing and playing games with the princesses. They also told me they also do kids haircuts in character. My daughter has not stopped asking to go back.
