Very pleased with the service. The Technician, Alan, was prompt, courteous & helpful. He listened to our description of the problem with our drier & he conducted tests, describing each to us, to find the problem. He tried 3 parts that he had in his truck but none would fit our drier, hence he put in an order. When the part arrived, Alan called us, near 4:00 pm on a Friday, and asked if it would be ok if he came to install the new part. We appreciate his dedication and customer service. Read more

WE are very happy with the service. We had an issue with a heater/AC unit and with one phone call we were looked after like old friends. The service tech (Tyler) was quick to diagnose the problem and was very pleasant to deal with. The parts were order and the repair was made. Everything is great. Our electric furnace shut down and someone suggested that Sharp Electric might be able to help. I called and Gerald Sharp said he was not sure if he could fix it but he would come over an take a look. An hour later he was here and discovered that the fan needed replacing. He could not do it himself but recommended someone that could. He refused to take any money saying that our thanks was payment enough. Need an electrician? You wont go wrong with Sharp Electric!
