They were really great. The staff members are very professional and knowledgeable, but also they had a really nice way of interacting with their clients. Being new to CPAP, I was feeling pretty needy and emotional when I went in, but they took good care of me and made things as easy as possible. I called them up and they said they could get me one from one of their older machines. They got it for me and when I asked how much they said it was no charge. Now that is service.
