The crust was thin and perfectly crispy, with a slight char that hinted at the traditional wood-fired baking method. The tomato sauce was vibrant and flavorful, spread generously over the dough and adorned with creamy mozzarella cheese and fresh basil leaves. I'm not sure what these other people are talking about because I think this place is amazing. They have three locations now, and as a loyal customer, I have visited all of them. Each atmosphere is a little different, the most recent addition at Yonge/Eglinton (Piazzetta #3) is the nicest. More importantly, the food is consistently amazing, not to mention inexpensive. My guests and I have never been disappointed. The pastas are always fresh and the pizzas are always perfectly thin and remind me so much of my trip to Italy. My favourites are the Calamari, Penne Primavera and Arugala Salad. But I also love the funghi pizza (which ALWAYS has lots of mushrooms). My partner loves the grilled salmon and veal chop entrees. Everything I've ordered has always been fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend! Read more

We go to Gamberoni a few times a year and it's always an amazing experience. Minestrone is the best in town and the seafood platter for two is just perfect - two kinds of fish, shrimp cooked two ways and the best calamari I've ever had. If you want something really special after dessert, ask Mike (the owner) for "his" coffee - it's espresso with some alcohol in it, not sure what kind, but just the perfect end for a perfect night out.
