A couple of years ago, my children and I began our search to leave Tessa for the first time ever. My son was very particular on where she should go. Sue, encouraged us to visit, and spent time with our family. We knew this was the place. Sue is respectful, caring, and knowledgeable. Although there are at least four kennels close to us, we drive just about an hour to place Tessa at Arden Kennels. I hope this explains the level of care our dog is given. Fantastic place!! My German Shepherd Bruno meet Jen almost two years ago. Unfortunately last week Bruno had a terrible spinal injury requiring surgery. We were panicked as to how we would get him through his recovery. But Jen was there, ready and willing to help in any way she could. She has been seeing him daily and has enabled us to go back to work knowing Bruno is in good hands . Le Yapeux est le meilleur service de pension de la région Ottawa/Gatineau ! Les propriétaires et employés adorent les animaux et sont très compétents. Je leur ai confié mes deux chiens pendant plus de 10 ans. À chaque fois que je conduisais mes deux pitous là-bas, ils tiraient sur leur laisse vers les installations pour y entrer. Quand un de mes chiens est tombé très malade, les propriétaires se sont occupés de lui comme si cétait le leur. Je recommande très fortement le Yapeux ! Read more
