HONEST! - dealt with Manev, they were professional in that there was a clear process for how they handled a job - inspecting item, suggestion of the way forward, communicating cost, if agreed proceed, including giving me a time expectation that they will communicate with me. For starters, their onsite Manager is very responsive to your needs/requirements aside from her wonderfully cheery disposition.
