A very relaxed felling during the complete process There are no screaming noises coming from behind closed doors, unlike some dentist offices which make you think there is some kind medieval torture chamber somewhere in the back, Her prices are great, she is very knowledgeable in her field. I was very happy with the front staff and how nice they were to my puppy giving her treats for her first visit. My appointment however was at 1:40 and I didn't see the Vet till 2:30. I lost my entire key ring and was locked out of my house. Of course it was Friday close to 5pm. The first place was closing soon, the second place came out & could not open it..saying the lock is too old, the lock tumblers are in upside down, there is too much dirt in the lock etc. The third place was Brothers.. by then it was 7 but they would be right out! Ken was prompt and courteous...and BEST of all had the lock opened in about 5 minutes!! What a relief! Read more

James was literally at our home 5 minutes after I contacted him to replace the locks that the previous locksmith broke, as well as keying the other locks in our house.
