So impressed with Randy! We discovered significant water damage that insurance wouldn’t cover. Friends referred us to Camper’s RV. Randy spent a lot of time going over the trailer with us, and then did a deeper inspection after we left. The appraiser with the insurance company had several things wrong, and Randy was able to explain and show his findings to us. His estimate was very fair and we will proceed with repairs. Ed and his staff know what they are doing. I am so happy with the service that I received to get my truck and horse trailer's electrical problems fixed. He showed me where the previous owner of my trailer cut out the fuse box and how it was a serious fire hazard in my camperized unit. Also, I was so thankful that he recommended putting a solenoid in my truck so my trailer could not draw anymore power from the truck battery when parked. He explained everything to me so kindly. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
