The groomer is excellent. He does beautiful work and is very gentle with the dogs. The store is dirty and dusty, and there is no comfortable place to wait. I have to wait because I come by taxi and it's bad enough paying for two trips, never mind four. The place was so cold! Read more

This review is really really overdue. The manor is always very clean, the staff are warm and welcoming to both people and their pets. Bringing our dear Sadie to the manor is like bringing Sadie to a home where I know she will be well taken care of in the most loving ways possible. The individual attention each animal receives goes above and beyond the call of duty. They have always been most accommodating and nurturing to both Sadie and I.
