A definite must for anyone looking to chill out in a funky downtown spot. Expect to wait on busy nights, I've been there twice now and each time had to wait 10 minutes for a table but the wait is worth every second...not to mention that they will bring you your first drink order to sip while you wait for a table to come free. As you wander along Robson Street this is a popular Japanese restaurant that has been here for awhile. Reservations highly recommended. The assorted tempera was excellent, nicely battered, and we tried various appetizers such as gomae, liver, fried fish, clam soup, edaname, tofu, Saba shiroyaki, salmon belly.
