We've been going to family-run Pho Saigon since it opened. Many go for the Pho, but we go for the Bun: rice noodles and salad with your choice of toppings. Our favourites are crispy spring roll, shrimp on sugarcane, grilled Vietnamese sausage, or grilled meats. It makes for a tasty and satisfying meal with a nice contrast of textures.
