One of my favorite restaurants in Barrie. We've been here many times for many special occasions. We always enjoy the food and experience every time we go. Today we tried his brunch menu and it was really good as well. We had the Eggs Benny and Breakfast Poutine, along with a side of the homemade onion and apple sausages. Delicious. Now if all brunch tasted like that I'd eat brunch a lot more often.

Attention all foodies!
This restaurant is a MUST TRY!! We ordered the tasting menu (don't forget to give 24 hrs notice), it was absolutely incredible. Pricey but worth it! The portion sizes were huge, we could barely make it out the door.
The wait staff is incredible, we were asked upon arrival what our preferred pace for eating was, quick or nice and easy....who does that? Most restaurants want you in and OUT!
I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant, incredible food, service, atmosphere, and attention to detail! Barrie has about 7 good restaurants....this one's near the top!!

A no frills restaurant with really good food. I had brisket on a bun with horseradish and coleslaw, my friend had peameal bacon on a bun with a fried egg and french fries. (Cost $4.50) Imagine the "foodie" waiting 40 minutes for that Western Sandwich with a parched throat because of no coffee refill. But still, "foodie" gives the sandwich a 3. Let me say this: No one has ever waied 49 minutes for a Western Sandwich at the Mosely Street Grill, or has waited 40 minutes for a coffee refill, at least since the new owners took over. Wouldn;t it be great for the new owners if their servers were run off their feet and their cooks were so busy that it took 40 minutes to get a Western Sandwich out of the kitchen. Soon folks like the "foodie" will need a reservation. Or just a nice lie?

I order ahead of time and it's always ready for me when i get there. The only thing i would say to people looking to order for Parties is be aware that their Side sizes are not the same as other Churrasqueiras. Price is reasonable.

I have been a customer of King Henry's for the last 6 years and I have loved every visit. The food is amazing and they have found gems to work in their kitchen. Everything from the featured appetizers to the homemade desserts have been a treat to look forward to. My favourite thing to order are the curry fries and the Prime rib dinner on Friday and Saturday night is amazing, but get there early because they can sell out. The prices of the food and drinks are low compared to their high quality. The staff is always welcoming and friendly and treat their regulars like part of the family. Overall definitely worth the visit you will quickly become addicted!!! ENJOY :)

I rated this Keg a 4 but that is a balance of infleucnes because there is a good side and a down side. The good: the cleavage OR the mini-skirts. Notice that checking out some cleavage on young ladies or short skirts is pure entertainment and super. BUt for some very strange reason no waitress has both of them. Its either this or that. What is the story? I dont know. The girls with cleavage have pants, the girls in minis have no cleavage. STRANGE>
the other down side is the kids. People, if you have three kids can you ask them to stay at home or leave their baseball caps at home? this is a high class restaurant. There is a burger place around the corner did you mean to take them there?
I am not going to come back and order alcohol if there are kids around.
The steak was good, the wine was what we wanted and at a reasonable price and my date was the hottest blondie in the whole place but.... (see above)

What would you expect if you tried to get a table for 7 people on a saturday nite without a reservation when the place is lined up. We had a great time, the food was good and the service was adequate considering how busy the place was. The lineup indicated they are doing something right. Ordered the $98 Lobster Sashimi for 2 set menu. Good portion, lobster served 2 ways, follow with Salad Bar, Soup and 2 Steaks.
Service was great, no rushing you thru the courses, clears the table after each course. must be patient, waited 10-15mins for the sashimi, but you can head on to the salad bar to start up with some fruits and lettuce. Good variety of Vegs @ the salad bar.
Finished off with their version of a funnel cake, topped off w ice cream.

Jenna, our server, made the experience so enjoyable! We had a retirement dinner last night. We were provided with a wonderful description of the menu. A lot of laughs. Jenna has a level 3 Sommelier course, if you are interested in Wine. She’s Greek, so loves lamb! But watch out, she’s pretty witty having a Bachelor degree Psychology. It was nice to have such a personable server. We had a lovely room to chat with our group. The food was delicious. Our retiree was provided with a free dessert.
