My wife is a sushi expert. She has tried almost every sushi restaurant in the downtown vicinity on multiple occassions and quite often the staff will know who she is. That being said, I definitely trust her opinion on Sushi and right now this place is her favorite. It is a small sit-down/takeout restaurant on Robson street and it is fairly new, and the sushi is fantastic. The salmon is always fresh and since they don't serve famred salmon it is always amazing. The miso soup is complimentary with a minimum $5 order and the staff are always pleasant. The only downside is they don't have any cooked food, it is purely sushi with some noodle soup options. What a wonderful place for lunch this past weekend! We sat on the small, yet sunny patio out front and loved it. The Gooey Cheese Griller sandwich, the vegetarian sandwich, the spinach salad and french onion soup were wonderful. So yummy! And on Saturday's sangria pitchers are on special...and they were good! Not too juice tasting/sweet like most other places. The only downfall I would say is the bathroom - it was not very clean and wasn't a great way to end lunch!
