I liked Pho Hung. The staff is friendly and helpful, it was nice when he suggested I not get the fish soup as it maybe more on the fishy side. I got the veggie spring rolls which were very nice a little on the greasy side but tasted good after soaking in napkins for the extra oil. My veggie pho was really good!! the vermicelli looked good as well. we got lots of food and for $23 including tip for two people, who can beat that!!! Read more

BEST PHO IN ALL OF TORONTO! Their beef noodle broth is just stupendous! It doesn't contain as much fat and oil as you would expect from other restaurants which is really good! This is probably the only pho restaurant i would recommend to anybody. Though the atmosphere is not like a 5 star restuarant, the food sure makes up for it. I've been to this restaurant more times than I can count. Besides the food being excellent and very inexpensive, the restaurant itself is clean and comfortable. Service is always good and really fast so even if there is a line-up, it moves quickly. The soups are what they are known for and they are a meal and a half for $5.00! I've been to many Vietnamese restaurants and this one is consistently one of my favourites.It's the perfect place to enjoy a steamy bowl of filling soup with meat, dumplings and noodles on a cold winter night. You can order the raw beef to be separated to a small dish for you to place by yourself, which I found nice of them to allow you to do. This is because it allows you to place some taste in to it (lemon and other sauces) and separate the beef before placing it in. I use to visit this place late at night.
