On holiday, needed emergency repair of vehicle. Stopped at Shannon Motors, no appointment, mechanic diagnosed the problem, estimate provided, next day appointment set, repairs completed as per estimate. We purchased a new Kingfisher in 2017. There was one minor heating issue that appeared. Brad from Parksville Boathouse came right to the boat on mainland BC side and fixed problem, and performed initial service and check. Boat is running flawlessly. Thanks Brad and Parksville Boathouse.

I have received the best service from Mel in the auto shop. My battery went in my car and being a single mom with one car I was in a panic. MEl was able to fit me in right away ( I had to call I tow truck to pick up the car while I was working) . I work in qualicum so I worried about how I was going to get to canadian tire in parksville to pick up my car, Mel and a Co worker drove my car to qualicum to my work. They went far and above in their service. I will be back for all of my car needs. Thank you again.
