I had kept an article about Absolute Roof Solutions that was written in the Vancouver Sun over ten years ago. I was lucky to find them. Shane, a courteous and efficient company representative, gave me a booklet about what questions to initially ask about a roofing job. I also received a written estimate with two options for doing the job, both at reasonable rates. A written guarantee was delivered by Shane after the job was done. I spoke with Jim on the phone, after confirming I'd done some basic troubleshooting he suggested checking that the internal wiring hadn't come loose, as 90% of the time this was the case for my particular problem. Sure enough, after I re-stripped a wire and reconnected everything, the garburator was again. This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO! Read more
