I spoke with Jim on the phone, after confirming I'd done some basic troubleshooting he suggested checking that the internal wiring hadn't come loose, as 90% of the time this was the case for my particular problem. Sure enough, after I re-stripped a wire and reconnected everything, the garburator was again. Jim offered his expertise free of charge over the phone, and saved me a potentially expensive service call! Read more

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO! Read more
