Don't post reviews often but decided to here because I am a business owner as well and people like this person above give reviews with ludicrous expectations. What company would willingly let you go behind their counters to use their computer?? Go to a cafe or library and please don't waste others' time. I went to the Tillicum Mall medical clinic today and was impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the office staff. I was greeted by Pat and Cathy and found them to be extremely helpful and polite to my situation. They were fully booked at the time and they didn’t need to go above and beyond - but they did. They were able to fit me in between appointments with Dr. Perry. I was so impressed with the service from Pat, Cathy and Dr. Perry that I wanted to share my experience. Read more
