They are very professional yet friendly and you feel that they really care for you not only as a patient but as a person as well. Wonderful people, great care. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Herman Shen for the last 15 years. He has always been courteous and thorough in all of his exams. Each of his offices, (in Metrotown, President Plaza and Henderson) are very convenient to go to with plenty of parking and shopping nearby. There is always a wait, but that is normal and to be expected at all doctor offices who are popular and sought after.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Herman Shen and Associates to all of my friends.
