My RV was broken down at an intersection in cochrane on a busy August weekend. I was being honked at, people were shaking their fists at me (unbelievable), and my girls were sitting at a campground by themselves in Field. I was upset, a little desperate and feeling vulnerable (single lady alone). The Ama driver referred me to JD's auto center that would take me in right away to at least look at it (some i'd called were saying 2 weeks away even to give an opinion!) The mechanic looked at it right away and did some minor repairs/cleaned the fuel filter and sent me on my way without insisting I needed a new fuel pump etc. Ie. He was honest. The shop stayed open a bit later to accommodate me. I know how uncaring people in this world can be these days.... That day reset my faith in humanity and I was on the road that night; made it to Field at dusk to find my 2 frightened, much-relieved girls sitting at a picnic table at dusk. Sears has awesome sales, and the best thing is, they are always on! I love Sears and their selection of jackets, sweaters and basic tees. My only concern with Sears is the lack of staff and open cashier tills. Its always a pain to wait in line for 20 mins to buy one towel.

Excellent service! I took my car in after a small fender bender for an estimate and they were able to fix it right on the spot. It didn't even take that long, I went on my lunch break from work and was back at work with a fixed car on time. I had to book an estimate, but they were able to get me in within a week of calling them. Other places were booking well into the next couple months. They have made a customer for life.
They even had one of those fancy Tassimo machines that are so wonderful!
