    We put a deposit down on a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan that we loved. As we left the dealership, our salesperson (A.J.) left a sold tag on that vehicle. After a few days of back and forth with this dealership we found out they sold the van. I assumed our deposit was to hold the vehicle. No! Why leave a deposit, you might as well leave a dirty sock because it won't make a difference. Yes we got our deposit back but lost a great vehicle.. their reason was that financing wasn't in place.
