    Rented a scissor lift and a paint sprayer. Both were delivered on time, in good working order. Pick-up was on time, and was quick and easy. The staff knew exactly what I needed, and were great at explaining how to use the paint sprayer (my first time using one). Pricing was the best in Burnaby.

    Rented a plate co...

    Rented a plate compactor from this company and it worked perfectly. i have my compactor in for repair now with them. Excellent equipment and prices.

    Horrible people, ...

    Horrible people, horrible service. How does something come back from a repair shop in worse condition?! 2 months to fix a stripped bolt! and they broke another part on my saw!

    Thank you for letting us know your comments on our repair shop. We realize that there was a problem with the repair of your saw, and have picked up the saw, at our cost, from your location, and we will return it when we have properly solved your issues. This repair was part of the Warranty Repair service that we do for Rona Brand products, and as such we often have problems getting parts our of the Rona parts distributor in Quebec, and their parts supplier in China. We are sorry that things did not turn out as you expected, and after we replace the new broken parts (at our cost) we will return the saw to you at no charge. We have been in business for over 50 years, and take every complaint seriously. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience, and are working at fixing things asap.
