    Building looks like it will be condemned soon. Foundation mortar leaks.

    DO NO RENT. Very poor management. Nothing is ever done. Place is dirty inside and outside. Manager refusing to give contact number to landlord so no complains about her bad performance can be addressed. Reasonable requests for repairs are ignored. Loud night parties to the point where Police is called. Very aggressive and threatening tenant (manager hepper). Worst apartment in the area. Manager has no clue how to connect to intercom. Her intercom is disconnected.
