These guys used to be fantastic. Now they have so many patients that it takes over a month to get an appointment and the visit is conducted with a brash doctor trying to push meds while they have their hand on the door handle ready to rush out to their next patient. Then you get a phone call later on to go over blood work that the dr already speedily covered with you in the appointment. Their phone lines are a disaster. It rings off the hook. The only time the automated service kicks in is when they are closed for lunch. Yet they will bill you for missing an appointment despite you not being able to get through to them to cancel. So frustrating.
