    I have to say this was probably the worst dealership experience I encountered. The vehicle was not repaired as agreed on pick up day. In mater of fact the salesperson assured the chips on the windshield were repaired until I checked (no rocket science just visual inspection and my finger feeling the surface). It was clear that they were not repaired… The excuse I got was that he was “not a glass expert”. And then I get an inspection report stating that all four tires are new when in fact only tw

    Thank you Ken, Jennifer and the rest of the team for helping me find another car and trade-in my old Honda Fit. Ken and Jennifer were very kind and patient with providing me great service.     This dealer was trying to sell us an used vehicle with broken fog light. The damage was not indicated anywhere on the inspection report. Visit during covid 19 pandemic. Nobody wear mask in the shop. No Social distancing.

    I just purchased a used 2018 Honda Fit and found the experience working with the firm was pleasant and efficient. The sales people are friendly, prices are fixed for a used car, so no added dealership fees and no need to negotiate. What you see is what you get. I live out of town, so did not accept the $498 detailing and inspection plan and this was discounted off the purchase price. I highly recommend this Destination and would deal there again in future.

    Our experience with this dealership was extremely poor. They attempted to switch a vehicle with lesser features than the one we actually bought. There is no dollar value one can put on either service or integrity. It very clear that the Burnaby Honda management style and their lack of business ethics and integrity will never be supported by me, my family and hopefully my vast network of friends & associates.

    My wife and I just bought a used car from Destination Honda Burnaby and we have never had a better experience buying a car. We found the whole team so helpful. Brett, who helped sell us our car, was particularly friendly and professional. He was interested in our particular needs and was flexible to what we were looking for and we never felt pressured to make a quick decision. We would highly recommend Brett and the Destination Honda team to anyone looking for a new or used car.

    Their motto should be "Can't even fix it right THE THIRD TIME!" Stay away from this dealership!!! If you want your car fixed right the first time, clean, and dent free DO NOT COME HERE. Please please please stay away. They couldn't find a way to fix a simple issue on a brand new car they sold me less than a year ago, ordered wrong/missed ordering parts several times, and then dented my car when we came to get it to take it to another shop to get it fixed. Many other issues here. Stay away.
